The UPMA: Universal Plant Medicine Association is thrilled to announce a special fundraising event to support one of our brightest scholars, Pardon Gijimani passionate advocate for plant-based healing and a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from South Africa, Pardon has been selected to present his groundbreaking research at the 11th International Conference on Agriculture (AGRICO 2024) in Bangkok, Thailand.
As a charity dedicated to advancing the field of plant medicine, UPMA is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders in this vital discipline. Through scholarships, educational initiatives, and global collaborations, we empower individuals like Pardon to explore, innovate, and drive progress in plant science. Pardon’s research, “The Development of an Optimized Basal Salt Media for Multiple Cannabis Species,” exemplifies the potential of plant medicine to transform human health and promote environmental sustainability.
The AGRICO 2024 conference is a prestigious event where leading academicians, researchers, and industry experts from around the world will gather to share knowledge and advance the field of agriculture. For Pardon, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to present his work, engage with global experts, and bring new insights back to his community.
However, to make this journey possible, Pardon needs our collective support. We are raising $2000 CAD to cover the costs of his air travel, conference registration, and accommodation. By contributing to this fundraiser, you are not only helping Pardon attend AGRICO 2024 but also investing in the future of plant medicine and the well-being of communities around the world.
