12 Nations Unite to Fund Pardon Gijimani’s Cannabis Research Presentation at AGRICO 2024!
Global North Dominates Donations, With USA, Canada, & Netherlands Leading the Way
In a historic display of global solidarity, 12 nations have come together to fund Pardon Gijimani’s groundbreaking cannabis research presentation at AGRICO 2024, marking the first time the prestigious agricultural conference will prominently feature cannabis development. This international effort underscores the growing recognition of cannabis as a vital agricultural crop with significant economic & medicinal potential.
The financial backing for Gijimani’s presentation predominantly comes from the Global North, which provided 86% of the total donations. The United States led the way with nine substantial contributions, followed closely by Canada, the second country to reach 9 contributions. The Netherlands, a country at the forefront of cannabis research & policy, also played a key role with two contributions.
